Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery Prices
Delivery prices are based on weight and will be added to your order at the checkout and ranges between £3.55 and £5.25. For orders over £150 delivery is free.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it in the original condition and packaging- buyer pays the return postage, unless the item is damaged.
In the unfortunate event of the item arriving damaged please contact me within 48hours of receiving the parcel. A returns label will be emailed to you, and I kindly ask for a photo of the damage.
Exchanges are welcome- you'll cover return and re-shipping costs. (Does not apply to damaged goods).
Custom artwork is non returnable unless damaged.
